The classic meal of George's Resutaurant - Signature Dishes

  • Duck Infusion

Tea bags are made from roasted duck sternum, duck meat and various spices to add more flavour to the already rich soup.

  • Australian Wagyu OX-Tail

Selecting the middle section of an Australian Wagyu OX-Tail, and after marinating in Cabernet Sauvignon, vegetables and spices for 24 hours, sear and colour the ox-tail in a hot pan to seal all the juices in the meat.

  • Slow Roasted Whole Suckling Pig

The 15 days old sucking pig imported from Vietnam, is characterised by its thin skin and lack of fat, while the roasted meat is juicy and soft.

  • Gravlax

Fresh Norwegian salmon fillets are marinated for 48 hours. The extra water from the salmon is drained after a long marinade, giving it a more powerful flavour. Slice the fish fillets and serve with traditional accopaniments.

  • Baked Alaska

it's a traditional classic dessert made with three different flavours of ice-cream and sponge cake layered on top of each other. The ice-cream and cake are covered with a silky meringue, which is caramelised with a small blow torch.
